Reach out to potential clients across Sri Lanka and India, introduce Padak's services, follow up on leads, and support the business development pipeline. Your impact is visible and measurable — you directly contribute to company revenue.
Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, SEO, email, and content. You'll manage Padak's own brand presence and support client campaigns — real budgets, real metrics, real accountability.
Create brand identities, social media creatives, UI mockups, pitch decks, and marketing materials for Padak and our clients. Build a real commercial portfolio across multiple industries — from tech startups to service businesses.
Build and maintain production web applications using PHP, MySQL, React, and TypeScript. You'll work across the full stack — from database design and REST APIs to responsive UI. Real projects, real responsibility. If you can ship working code, we want you.
